Is the Expert Team bound to a certain country?
No. The Chief Stephan Launchpad is designed to support selected businesses internationally. The availability and scope of specific support may vary depending on the country, applicable regulations and the individual project.
What can Launchpad support include?
Launchpad support is tailored to the needs of each selected project. Depending on the individual case, it may include expert support, business development resources, technology, marketing, workspace, mobility or other approved operational support. The exact scope of support is determined individually and agreed separately. In selected cases, additional support may also be considered where it is directly connected to the development of the project.
How does the Chief Stephan Launchpad work?
Eligible Chief Stephan Members can apply to the Chief Stephan Launchpad. Applications are reviewed individually based on the business idea, its potential, feasibility and strategic fit. Applicants may be invited to provide additional information or present their project. Selected projects may receive tailored support based on their individual needs and available resources.
What kinds of businesses can apply?
The Chief Stephan Launchpad primarily focuses on real estate, real estate-related businesses, technology, AI and innovative business models connected to the built environment. Applications from related industries may also be considered where there is a strong strategic fit with the Chief Stephan Ecosystem.
How are projects selected?
Applications are evaluated individually based on factors such as the business idea, potential, feasibility, team, development stage and strategic fit. Selection is not random.
Does applying guarantee support?
No. Applying does not create any entitlement to Launchpad support. The type and scope of support offered to selected projects are determined individually and may be subject to availability, due diligence and a separate agreement.
Do I need to be a Chief Stephan member to apply?
Applications to the Chief Stephan Launchpad are available exclusively to eligible Chief Stephan Members. There is no additional fee to apply. Applications are reviewed individually based on defined selection criteria and selection is not random. Membership does not guarantee selection or support. Any support is subject to individual review, availability and, where applicable, a separate agreement.
